It is a shabu-shabu of pork, mozuku, and sea grape though it is obvious when I look at the image.
"Fujieda sea grapes" from the raw mozuku of Miyako Island and Miyako Island. Shabu-shabu?
To be honest, I can imagine Mozuku shabu shabu, but I've never heard of sea grape shabu shabu.
